And for even better security, we recommend you give yourself a level 9 with a password when you first start using the software. You cannot change passwords or security levels without a level 9. Then give yourself a clerk or manager level under a different name for times when you are just renting movies and you have clerks in house. Once you add a User Name and/or password, the program will then start asking you for it when it first starts up.
