Customer Waiting List
From the rental screen you can use the waiting list feature to put customers on a reservation list by title. Pick the customer, the title, the date, and the preferred format the customer wants. Print the waiting list and call the customers if you want.
When a customer is put on the rental screen it will tell you they have a movie on the waiting list. When a title is returned that is on the waiting list Video Deluxe will let you know!
You can transfer a title from the waiting list to the reservation list or rent with one click.
